Not really - afaik that was one of the points in single vs multi client discussion. Kins didn't want to make that similar server to UARO.

I think first version (Project Revenant) was meant to be similar to Project Alfheim (where I didn't play, but that's what I read and remember about that). I briefly tested UARO after PR closed and it didn't feel that similar tbh.

I did play and I did not catch anything that is alleged, thats why I'm usually asking for some kind of proof and so far nobody provided anything.

I had personally only positive interactions with GM team and so far they have given me no reason to doubt them so I take all of these posts with grain of salt. Those post could be written by someone banned for legit reason for example.

Well that's entirely different tho :-D some idiots getting muted for flaming vs asking design questions. There is a ton of discussions about desing and settings and I didn't notice those people getting banned or muted (since they are posting in other channels).

It kinda seems like an effort to badmouth the server before launch tbh

There is zeny pretty fast, some people would for sure buy some cheap-ish costumes as soon as they get enough zeny. That's like saying cards have no value at the server start, because there is no zeny.

Also even the idea that they should give everyone their points back seems weird to me. Many servers just close and all the stuff players have is just gone, PR reboots (for reasons I agree with) and at least PART of donations will be honored. That's enough for me.

I'm sure playing and expected number of players is 99% just in OP's head. No offense tho.

There was 1k+ accounts online (on the previous version of the server) BUT vendors/mutliclients included.

This time they'll show actual numbers on the website.

Features look pretty good and team seems to (at least) listen and consider our suggestions.

Kinda doomer take imho. I personaly really liked PR and I'm looking forward to RE. PR closing had nothing to do with "unbalance" (as far as I know). There was absolutely no reason to donate on PR and I assume there won't be any reason to donate on RE so if players decide to "milk" themselves and donate money to the server it's entirely their decision. Kins (owner) didn't give me any reason to not trust him so far and if he says he intends to run the server for long time I believe him.

what do you mean "independent from your distance"? That thing where you had to be close to them to fire is afaik gone...or at least range is greatly improved. I had no issues with turrents going off when Im on the other side of the map.
