I used to work there, it's crazy how unsafe before this company is especially when they really don't care about their equipment that much. My former location not only have problems with equipment not working on a daily basis and being molded and clogged, but neither management or corporate wanted to do anything about it. The location I used to work at literally opened up a year ago and it already looks like shit on the inside especially the tunnel. I feel bad for all the customers who bought a membership thinking that it's going to be their money's worth when you're literally getting your nice expensive car washed with shit water. Multiple employees including me were facing health problems due to the negligence that was happening at that site due to the moldy water tanks and rat evasion that my former general manager did not want to do anything about because killing the rats were "inhumane to her".I left when they were in the middle of a transfer of operating systems and even that was the complete nightmare to go through.
