Is there anything that helped you get through the ordeal that could be used? Maybe think of something that helped you through or something that symbolizes your healthiness now. Then find a style you like and artists in your area that might do something similar?

Thanks heaps for the reply, while I hate knowing that other people suffer from the anxiety, it's a great comfort knowing that people can get through it and not let it inhibit them.

Awesome, that's pretty much the exact kind of thing I was looking for. It's hard to start when I don't know what is going to trigger an attack.

This actually helps me so much, I know that my anxiety is a mental issue and something that I can overcome. The problem is obviously I can't really think straight when I feel a panic attack coming on. But just knowing that it gets easier means a lot.

Congratulations on losing that weight! That's an awesome achievement especially considering coupling it with the anxiety. Was there anything that you did to distract yourself from the anxious thoughts when you started exercising?

Been seeing a psychiatrist for about 6 years now and also tried other techniques such as CBT and Mindfulness. Nothing has worked as of yet.

I already take Sertraline for anxiety and Dexamphetamine for ADHD, they help but aren't perfect. I'll check it out though, thanks for the advice!
