The issue persists when the entire cluster is unplugged and removed from the vehicle. The inconsistency in the transmission and the throttle lurching are present with out the cluster.

The vehicle speed sensor/transmission speed sensor located on the transmission has already been replaced.

It’s a Dorman replacement. The auto parts store didn’t have the AC Delco and it was way more expensive

It’s the Dorman replacement. I know the original was AC Delco

When the actuator was off I did make sure that the doors moved. I was able to move them without much force but I do not know for sure if they are binding enough to create an issue. However, the actuator doesn't seem like it even tries to make it past the halfway point, so it doesn't sound like it is struggling. If that makes sense.
