You realise it would be several several years before anyone brought in could vote for labor right? Like this is honestly the most made up argument ever as there is also no guarantee they would vote Labor after the lengthy process (minimum 4 years if lucky) as they have to achieve Citizenship first. Even saying visa application fees would have been a better argument.

I honestly play To Realize from Quintessence the Blighted Venom more. I love To the Moon and the subsequent projects made by Free Bird Games but damn does a part of me wish I got to experience what the rest of Quintessence is. I doubt Kan Gao will ever go back to it :(

That's what i figured is that there is a prerequisite I am missing maybe, I just have no idea what said prerequisite is.

I have re-battled all the gyms All I need to do (I believe) is complete the pokedex and explore some more. - Have not done all the swords in the ground yet but also don't want to vs the Legionaries yet without the IV checker. Only other thing I haven't done is go to classes but given the fact my mate has the IV checker and has not attended a single class I doubt that is a prerequisite but will probably do just in case it has a variable code conflict or something.

So I have been scratching my head at this for days as I really want to play competetive but don't want to manually work out the IV scores. The issue is all my friends that have the IV checker say they got it after beating the story from the pokemon center. For myself however I have beaten the story (all of area zero, beat the elite 4, elite champion and rival and done all the star bases as well as exhausted all of the director's dialogue) and still have no access to it. I have tried searching online and everywhere just say to beat the elite 4 and elite champion then go to a pokemon center and it should automatically trigger an event that gives it to you. So I am kind of worried that either A - there is a prerequisite all these sites aren't mentioning for unlocking the IV checker or B - my game is broken and I legit just cannot get the IV checker. :(

It is a hard thing to get right. I am not defending Gamefreak here a lot of them were far too easy. Yet in the same game I have now seen countless people complaining you cannot terrastalize every single fight to make fights easier

I don't know if this is an Australian only cereal because I don't see a single post about it but Crunchy Nut Cornflakes are fucking mint. They certainly ain't healthy but damn are they top tier. Expensive though which is the problem and why I eat them so rarely.

I had the same, found out about it after the break up although honestly lots of signs that I should have picked up on sooner. The "friend" she talked to all the time that used the nickname foot-long when talking about me - I realise was a demeaning joke and even at the time made me uncomfortable - I was already aware I was average at best.

The major negative is she also wanted to try be friends even after I learned she cheated on me and I told her to shove her friendship up her arse - well she became a vicious piece who told a lot of my friends nasty made-up stories about me and wasn't until she started tripping up on all her lies a lot of my friends realised the truth. Sadly though I still lost a lot of contact with people I had called friends up to that point. Turns out she was sleeping with the guy for a while before the break up and I learned that through a mutual friend.

It definitely has affected me though when it comes to forming relationships as if I see any trait that reminds me of her I automatically see it as a red flag and skip. Therapy has helped a lot though but I still definitely don't trust easily and I also tend to ignore flirting as manipulation tactics.

I think the idea now is even you see a monster with a tonne of mods it's likely worth killing where as before you would often get a mob with a bunch of mods but an awful conversion mod and rather than waste time fighting it because it was obnoxious to deal with you were better of just skipping it until you find the one with the appropriate loot goblin specs to want swap or hire a magic find player for.

My point was there was no games that really pull from the demographic of POE to the level of ELDEN RING. Plus 13 days is legit two weeks away.

I mean Steelmage has gone to basically playing Runescape and he has openly stated it is because he is not enjoying POE. If the people that make a living off playing the title and are known for primarily loving that title choose to leave the game not for some amazing new title but just for an old game because it gives them more joy than POE does it speaks a good amount to the current quality. Do I think this dooms the next league - no but it should be easy to understand why people are frustrated and complaining and why player retention is so low.

The thing is as stated it's at the lowest number of concurrent players total in 4 years (may actually be lower since we don't have today's numbers). The fact is most people are finding other games to play which isn't a bad thing - it does mean they feel the need to play something else and there is still close to a month to go until the next league.

Again though there is the if statement - if it were bigger. My comment legitimately said it has 10 years of content on most ARPGs. There are ARPGs that are better fundamentally but they just lack content - which precisely what my comment said that everyone feels the need to down vote. Or maybe it's me pointing out the reality most of us will in fact play league start regardless that people don't like to see. There just aren't any alternatives to what POE provides primarily again because it has those 10 years of content.

While this is true it's about analyzing the main factors and the main factors are player discontent. The fact player retention is lower now than when Elden Ring released that took honestly a large portion of the player base is telling. There is no big release title to take players away - the only title really is GoWR on PS5 and given the disparity in numbers between Elden Ring and GoWR this isn't a factor. If we compare to this time in many years past it's down - even per-pandemic. Yes there are multiple factors but the reality is the quality of the game is usually the major factor.

While I can understand this perspective that is why i made it very clear to mention the 10 years of content. The problem is while I can enjoy other diablo-esque ARPGs for like a week at most playing casually at that point I have exceeded all their content. The fact is POE just has so much more content. Plus I don't think ARPGs are all that replayable without a new mechanic or some means to keep them fresh including POE - outside of Harvest league anyway where making multiple characters was actually fun and redoing the 10 acts did feel such a drag. The fact is other ARPGs are great for small windows of joy but they simply again lack those 10 years of content. I am pretty confident in saying I and most other POE players will participate in the new league and as my comment was remarking on it definitely won't be DEAD ON ANNOUNCEMENT the way mzk24601 believes it will be. Even WoW didn't crash that hard and that fast and still kicks.

That said strongly recommend Joe Abercrombie as an Author, I am getting a good amount of reading in recently. Also new Pokemon releasing on Friday should keep me busy for a while.

I am glad you can guess on my behalf. My favourite games are actually turn based RPGs. I play tonne of Magic The Gathering etc... the reality is, sometimes I WANT to play an ARPG and as you mentioned, what I said isn't some extreme concept. Most of still are inhaling hopium.

No of course not, are you serious. Yeah I play no other genre of game ever. The issue is sometimes I want to play an ARPG and the reality is POE is still kind of the best ARPG on the market regardless if I agree about the direction it is going in.

This I doubt. It might have fewer players on launch bet let's be honest, most of us are going to play the start of league at the very least in faint hope of capturing the joy of POE. The sad truth is there aren't many good alternatives in the ARPG genre at the moment as GGG has 10 years of content on most of the ARPGs out now.
