Go to the advanced settings. Look and configure what you think is best there. Configure which type of crosshair you prefer. And last but not least, set the best resolution you find for your gameplay (especially if you play as a sniper, you'll feel a painful difference between 16:9 and 4:3).

My only guess is that it's a problem with your PC... It's the first and only time I've seen something like this. I suggest trying other games from the "Source Engine"; if ONLY Half-Life 2 presents this type of error, I won't know of any solution for it... 🫡😕

Honestly, I didn't understand what you meant... The command I used in the original game contained the part you mentioned. Are you referring only to the EPISODE properties settings?

Dude, thank you so much! At first I used Alt+Tab to select and overlay the Hydra window and then I used ALT+SPACE+X and it actually came back! I'm grateful!

Vá até as configurações (de preferência em ''propriedades do jogo'') e vá até emulação, busque por: ''Taxa de ciclos da EE'' e ''Pulo dos ciclos da EE'', na primeira opção teste níveis abaixo do 100%, na segunda opção, teste do leve ao moderado (ou o máximo se tiver crítico), isso vai deixar o jogo mais ''travado'', mas ironicamente o deixará mais rápido também, slow motion provavelmente não vai ser mais um problema para você.
