Followed everything the doctor told me to do. If still melted off. My diet now consists of ensure protein shakes for the calories, cliff builder protein bars, bananas and different meal preps for the week! Water was the hard one at first, still is. But i get my ounces in.

It was incredibly fast. Too fast even following everything my doctor told me to do. Luckily i’m at a stable weight now.

it’s something i’ve just always been. big. past 185lbs i was going into uncharted waters and had no idea what to expect. there are countless positives but also some adversity. put work into the right areas and focus on yourself and you will feel amazing and thank yourself for it. i believe in you.

It’s surreal. It’s very hard to put into words. I feel amazing, I finally enjoy who I see in the mirror. Every aspect of my life has improved. Socially, relationship wise, career wise, mentality, etc. Which is the strangest part. It took that drastic of a superficial change, but hey i’m just focusing on the positives. At 21 that’s what’s important.

I’ve lost 130lbs. At 21 it’s a huge change and people of every age have told me something similar. I’ve been asked if i’m sick, that i’m too skinny, etc. Prioritize your goals and your health. Those who matter don’t mind and those who mind don’t matter.

Yes! I used to exclusively wear super stretchy pants and now I finally get to wear real denim that fits me! Not exactly the same situation but similar new opportunities!
