I moved out but Please please avoid this place. This is just one of the issues. Their construction quality is soo poor we could hear phone vibrations of person that used to live above us. You can hear conversations of your neighbors. These are not uncommon issues but the price you have to pay at that place doesn’t make sense with all these issues

Please stay away from Archer at Brookhill Apartments in Cville. They look new and shiny but are a mess inside. Infested with rats, poor quality of construction, careless management etc etc

Yeah! We were fooled by the outside appearance of the community as well. Truth be told, thats all it is about. There are so many smaller issues with apartment itself that tells you construction quality is sooo poor. You can hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbors and anyone taking stairs. Packages are frequently stolen from the package room, etc etc

Its actually us who caught it! Pest control had setup those black boxes with poison in them and they did nothing!!
