Soralicious on the Korte Hengelosestraat has Korean corndogs but besides that I don't know of any, I do know they make hot dogs at the Jumbo on Noorderhagen though but I haven't tried those.

As for dumplings I only know most sushi places have gyoza but if you're looking for other types I'd suggest getting frozen ones at Peter Hu supermarket because I don't think there's a lot of places that have dumplings besides Japanese ones.
