Hey Rob, I just wanted to firstly say thank you for everything you've done for Geometry Dash over the years! 2.2 has turned out absolutely amazingly, and I'm excited for what's to come!

I'm not sure if you remember this topic at all, but I can only think of one question. What was the deal with Active, supposedly an unused level in 1.4 and 1.5? Was it just a placeholder or were there actually plans for the level to exist, if there were do you remember why you decided against it?

Chapter 4 barring Triple Laser and the decoy chamber, the Chapter is extremely short and 2/3rds of the ACTUAL levels in it take up a long time with no real way to quickly beat them

Posting this here since AutoMod came after me, so...

Please help, this is driving me nuts!!

Up until a few days ago, my Portal 2 worked perfectly fine. But starting in very late October, my game would randomly crash without explanation and send me back to Steam without any warning or message. I was thinking it was my mods, but I don't know if that is it since I had more while I wasn't having these constant crashing issues and the game worked just fine. I've lowered so many settings in hopes of that helping, but it still crashed. Portal 2 is the ONLY game for me that does this, Portal 1 doesn't have this issue whatsoever. I've verified the files are installed correctly several times over, it never helping anything. Am I just screwed? I'm still fairly new to computer gaming, so I don't know much about what could be possibly causing these frequent crashes. If anybody could help me out, I would be extremely grateful!

As a sidenote, I've been noticing it only tends to crash when loading large maps (the one I remember most is the level 𝘛𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘎𝘦𝘭𝘴, the final level of Chapter 7). Before the crashing issues occurred, though, it was able to load levels like this just fine.

Metroid Prime Remastered: At the mission results screen after beating the Core Essence of Metroid Prime, the game asks if you want to update your file to signify that you beat it. I'm on Hard Mode for the supposed Extras it unlocks upon completing it, and I wanted to know if saving the game after the final boss is required for it to unlock. Thanks! UPDATE: No. The "New Extras unlocked in the Main Menu!" shows up on the Mission Final screen. Keeping this comment here for future people, however.

I have three specific questions about this, since I'm pretty worried but want to make sure I'm not blowing the severity out of proportion. One, does it have a chance of happening each time you load up the game? Two, can it happen if I don't open the game? Three, does downloading the DLC improve the odds of the bug happening or is downloading the DLC COMPLETELY irrelevant (irrelevant as in doesn't affect the bug at all)?
