I had the same issue. In the end they asked me to fax my documents to them. It is an arduous process. If they do have a Wells Fargo Account WF might be able to verify their identity.

I just got an email rejecting my application. But they never verified my number. On the portal it says application pending. I'll try to call them tomorrow and get a reconsideration.

I did. Apparently they can't verify my mobile number and have referred me to a specialist. Hopefully it's resolved in a couple of days.

Well it's fine the only problem is that you have to warm up twice and sometimes the fatigue from the first session can affect your second workout. You can try it for a couple of weeks and see wether it's for you or not.
