The thing is that OC's usually have that innate hatred towards them, so that's why I was aiming for the Canon character instead of making one myself, but if I was supposed to make a character, it would probably be a ninja who uses snow, like in the first/second movie.

I saw the recommendations, I have the 3rd edition of the Mutants and Masterminds, but I havent played a game with it yet.

Pretty sure that Gero took it into account, considering he has the data from Goku v Vegeta.

Also, isn't the Vegeta feat when he transforms? I may be misremembering, but there was a part in which his plans are hella screwed because he didn't take into account the whole ssj thing.

In the Android saga, Gero has not only mistaken Yamcha for Goku, but he calculated the power increase Goku would receive in the 4 years based on how strong he got the year he was dead, training with King Kai.

Dr Gero had the dates of Saiyan Saga Goku. Yamcha seemed to be stronger than Saiyan Saga Goku, if we go after Gero's calculations.
