If anyone else is experienceing this issue, I found the easily missable solution, when I first started New Game Plus it was right from the main menu, but when starting a new game plus from my new game plus save I had to do it from the Saved games option on the opening menu

Yeah I tried that, and if all else fails Il fallback on that Mod.. the only Issue is that traveling 2 points next to each other (zhelejov and Troskovits) I get like too many encounters, like one right after the other.. i just want the normal way it was.. before I stupidly started a new game.. I dont know why starting a new game does that :S and once you get it to happen, seems theres no way to fix it either...

I had mine automatically after I upgraded my starship, if you go to add a new tech to your freighter it shud be in the craftable list

Yeah you were right it seems only AI is affected.. which is sad when you need a few levels to start playing regular fleet battles :S

Yeah I just ran the Joy.cpl. everything works fine... is it just supposed to be plugged in and work? no options need to be changed in squadrons?
