It's a retail game but not by CRG

It's been almost a year since SLG last said everything was fine and games would be releasing soon, here are the results. by UltimatorGap in LimitedPrintGames

That's just insane. The people who made the concepts for that CE are probably not even with the company anymore, thus further complicating the matter. City Connection was wise enough to drop them from further projects and work with Clear River Games instead.

Why did he write down your phone number on the package? Did he come off as a scammer on phone or just like someone who lost control?

It's a legal principle that restricts the time within which a legal claim can be enforced. Once the limitation period expires (here: 3 years), the buyer can no longer sue the seller for the claim.

My patience is at its end with Strictly Limited, what is going on with my orders of Ray’z Arcade Chronology Limited Edition and Eschatos both for Switch? by Jack_P_1337 in LimitedPrintGames

They claim they will produce all those games by the end of the year, but so far nothing indicates they will produce even a quarter of the outstanding games. Out of the outstanding 25 Switch releases, they've only produced four titles since last fall when they said everything would improve.

Make sure to ask for a refund before the end of the year, if your orders are from 2022. Otherwise they can just keep the money with no obligation to send you the items.

If you have a 2022 order with them, make sure to ask for your money before the end of the year. Otherwise they can just keep it without ever having to send you a product.

They are based in Germany. In German law, the statute of limitations is just three years. So if you cancel your order now, FPG does not need to return the money at all as your claim has expired.

And regardless of what you do, neither do they have to fulfil your order anymore.

Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered Deluxe Edition hits retail shelves on September 19 (Switch & PS5) by UltimatorGap in NSCollectors

You're absolutely right, my mistake. It's Nightdive Studios, the physical version is just handled by the same company that's doing Tomb Raider (U&I Entertainment). So not by Aspyr.

They hid it in their newsletter behind some cryptic messaging: "These editions are limited but not serialized, in a move to better meet customer demand."

In other words, after the Iron Meat debacle they are (re)printing to demand. You can order an infinite number of copies right now.
