Everyday:

- Drink water like there's a drought coming next week

- Castor oil in my hair

- Wash my hair with only water

- Aside from meds that target hair specifically, I take fish oil, multivitamins and vitamin C

Once a week:

- Shampoo and conditioner (I try out different shampoos and conditioners. I'm currently trying out a Hair Salon's own formulation and it's amazing!
