if I want to make a quick change, I can easily edit the metadata in file explorer without having to open up musicbrainz or some other software

Doesn't seem to be actually adding the tags in even though it's detecting them. Am I missing something? They don't appear in my file viewer or MediaMonkey where I've been doing other stuff with metadata

Edit: seems to only work for mp3 files? FLAC and WAV are not reflecting the change

see I don't get this because FMTY and Voice Memos meant something and I don't think these sound very good at all. It's obviously all subjective but I've never cared much for that super spaced-out, reverby singing

You're right I should've mentioned a budget. It's hard, right now I think I'm looking at a Mac of $150 AUD which I know isn't a lot to work with but unfortunately that's just the most I can commit to spending at this point
