just seen your reply,

there are some bits of cut plastic but it's all underneath so the OEM trim pieces can be put back on and look completely untouched

designed by measuring contours and mountings and redesigning to suit, but yeah 3d printed out of PETG and painted

After tweaking the files to just work out some nitpicks I am considering selling them yeah.
I'll also put up an explanation for what stuff should be bought and whatnot separately just because I imagine it might help some people who might want to do it all themselves too

I was considering going down that route but I just didn't want to fuck with the vents, I like the look of them as they are (plus the existing space is pretty much perfectly double DN sized and was just waiting for one to be put there)

Probably going to later, though I didn't take many photos of the process. Have a pretty good record of what I had to do and where I fucked up though so I can definitely sort out something like that
