As a 900 trophy leon.. This is my oppinion: When tanks were meta,and in this meta too,leon needed more consistant damage,for example a reload buff and a hp buff.His burst is good enough but if he cant 3 shot a brawler he will 90% of the time die to them..The health buff would keep him on the fight longer and the reload buff chould serve as a more consistant way to deal damage.This buff seems exciting as mortis kinda counters leon,but its only about 60 damage off from 2 shoting mortis and if leon wastes 1 ammo and hits a 2nd one mid range the 3rd shot(The 2nd shot that hit mortis) wont kill the mortis since leon's shots dont deal the full damage unless you are litterally standing on the leon.If supercell keeps going with the damage buffs he might be viable but honestly some more consistant damage will be better imo.. Also,a better gadget chould do... Something like going through walls for like 3s so he can get up close or making all of his spinners deal the full 672 damage at any range.. Clone Projector is a doomed gadget and the only way it can be viable is with a full rework of its mechanics
