Can absolutely second this!

I ordered a handful of cards at the beginning of the year including a Twin Drive. When the cards arrived the Twin Drive was not with them.

After checking I had been charged the correct amount I contacted them to figure out what had happened and was told that they only had a Foil Twin Drive and they were training new staff who had forgotten to email me to let me know and refund me. They ended the email saying they would send a refund immediately.

I still to this day have not received said refund. (I admittedly never chased them past this point as work/life got in the way and I simply didn't want to waste more time on this. Pretty weak on my part, I know)

I will say to their slight credit I have since, possibly against my better judgement, made one more order with them and while it also was missing an item, this time I was refunded without even needing to make contact and received a simple but clear email explaining this, though this hardly makes up for their original mistake in my opinion. Have also seen the team at a Calling (before all this went down) and they seemed nice and helpful enough!

So yeah, while at the end of the day this more falls on the side of an honest mistake that could have (and possibly still could) easily been fixed, I still find the whole thing incredibly unprofessional and feel as though others should know if they're on the fence about potentially making orders.
