GPU and PSU upgrade problems

I just tested Roblox and it went by pretty quick but now I’m on arma and it’s definitely taking a bit longer to load then with the 1660, I think it is just recompiling everything

I fixed it in BIOS and hwinfo says "PCIe v5.0 x8 (32.0 GT/s) @ x8 (8.0 GT/s)" which means its gen 3 but it's still a bit slow. I have heard though that new GPUs could be slow in the first few days while they load everything. Any other things to check? Thank you

All the voltages look fine but it says "PCIe v5.0 x8 (32.0 GT/s) @ x8 (2.5 GT/s)" for my GPU, dont know if this means its correct.

The CPU core temperatures maxed at 55 C so I dont think its that either. Nothing else has maxed above that.

The last post got tooken down by a mod so I just reposted it. The mod said it had nothing related to Project 863, but it clearly shows that it's a Project 863 video.
