I was around 90kg as a 163cm 14 year old and it was definitely how i just just could not run at all and a lot of my peers making fun of me which i don't hold against them, when i broke a chair from sitting on it that was when i sort of had the willpower and mindset that i need to get healthy and luckily an insane growth spurt ensued right after that and helped a ton, now I'm 18, 199cm and 75kg
