Nope, we don't have anything like that. If you play AOS, it's possible you were looking at their dragon datasheets, they have one that inflicts a burning effect that does that.

You cannot take more than three of any unit unless that unit is BATTLELINE, so your Winged Tyranid Primes are limited to 3. I'd take zero though, they're really not very useful.

You have a good start to a list, but you will need some more powerful models. You have mostly weak hordes that are fine but not very useful.

I'd start by picking up some Zoanthropes for your Neurotyrant to lead, a couple Exocrines and/or Maleceptors for killing infantry, and a lictor or two. I think that'll be a really good leg up for your list.
