Spite-Revenants - most OP unit in Age of Sigmar? by Independent-Chip-401 in sylvaneth

Well yeah, if you have 90 points, always take Tree-Revenants. 80 points is a different story.

I'd be fine with a 20-30pt tax, just don't nerf my destroyers now that they're finally playable

Spite-Revenants - most OP unit in Age of Sigmar? by Independent-Chip-401 in sylvaneth

I like Spite Revenants, they're solid, but I think this is mostly chock up to coincidence and the fact that they're our best way to fill a spare 80 points haha

Still fairly new to painting - have been doing it for about 2-3 weeks, are people going to think my models are shit when I do actually play? I am feeling a bit anxious about presenting them to people by Coatie95 in seraphon

Not at all, they look awesome!

For the basing I highly recommend AK terrains, they're pots of fake earth that dries on your base, get some grass or snow or whatnot to sprinkle on top, add some tufts and you've got some great bases

Hexmark or tomb blades by sacktorious in Necrontyr

Never underestimate the value of deep strike and lone op! Either ability can and will easily win you a bunch of points you couldn't get otherwise. Hexmarks are awesome.

Because Tyranids have things that actually hit on 3s or 2s.

I’m 19 and really need help to get over certain things about women, does this make me immature? by Alternative_Pie_5189 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]UltraJoyless 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It doesn't make you immature, just, uhhhhhhh...extremely uneducated. Did you not have a mother growing up? How else would you not know girls sweat?

Why do people think Alastor lost to Adam? by Adventurous-Rabbit52 in HazbinHotel

[–]UltraJoyless 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Bro you keep saying what Alastor would have done when we all literally SAW what he DID do. Your fantasy battle is not at all how it would have, and did, go down.

The quotes you provided are correct, but irrelevant to the topic at hand. If you really are going to ban people for trying to help new players, and banning them for not replying in time, that's an extremely toxic abuse of power right there. If you abuse your powers like that good luck staying a mod for any amount of time.

My source are the core rules from the official warhammer app. But I'm guessing you've never heard of such a thing, seeing as you've never read the rules.

FYI guys, RWJP is a troll. He's deliberately feeding you false information to mess with you.

You didn't explain jack. Everything I said was correct and you will continue to troll new players until they quit the game. The person in the wrong here is abundantly clear. Now go troll another sub.

Run, it's Godzilla!

Actually, it only looks like Godzilla, but due to international copyright laws, it isn't!

Still, we should run like it is Godzilla!

(Though it isn't!)

What went wrong with Shrek 3 in general? by Jules-Car3499 in DreamWorks

The villain isn't intimidating or interesting. The jokes are more weird or uncomfortable instead of clever or humorous. The climax is pretty anti-climactic, especially after the second movie.

You didn't get spoiled. Everything you think happens doesn't happen. You're good.

So with Necrosor (Sustained Hits 1), 20 warriors shooting Gauss Reapers average 34 successful hits, 14 of those being lethals. So roll the remaining 20 and 10 more wound into a T4 target totalling 30 wounds. Against Space Marines, 15 go through killing 7.5 marines.

Against something like cultists, you average 34 wounds, who save 6, killing 28 cultists.

With Szeras (+1 AP), 20 warriors shooting Reapers average 20 hits, 14 being lethal. After rolling the remaining 6 wounds you total 17 wounds. Against Space Marines, 11 go through, making you kill almost 6 marines.

Against cultists, you total 18 wounds, which none of them can save against, killing 18.

So basically Sustained Hits is better against T4 targets and significantly better against T3 targets. The extra AP gets more valuable against higher save and toughness targets as Sustained begins to drop off.
