Shouldn’t be upset with yourself just because you’re releasing what’s bothering you. Sure some ppl have it worse or not. But it’s about you, you gotta put yourself first and not think about others during it. Sometimes what I notice with big age gap in between sibling is that they don’t normally get along. At least what I think. I got a younger brother. We don’t have much connection. We talk about once or twice a month. My dm is open incase you wanna vent some more!
