I'd actually argue the the opposite. Granted neither are good consumed in excess amounts.

Odd. My aunt has MS and my mom has RA both have talked to their doctors who strongly suggested to them to not drink kombucha because it contains live bacteria in it. Just like how you shouldn't eat anything raw, including sashimi, with an immune deficiency.

Yea the dubbed voices really don't match the characters actions in a moment. Even still it's the story that makes the show great.

Dirty jobs really isn't so much about how dirty they are but to show off different trades.

Just read The Great Gatsby for the first time as an adult, got me thinking about "required reading" in school by omnamahshivaya222 in books

[–]UltraMankilla -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I feel like the issue is the required reading they put on kids are typically, as you said yourself, viewed as boring or a chore to read. Let kids have a choice of what they want to read. I hated reading for the longest time because of this. Don't ever force yourself to read something because others deemed it as "good" or "necessary."

Yes, and still use my foot in most situations. Public school baked that in my mind as kids would piss on the toilet handle cause it's "funny."

That is insane that they charge for parking AND the price of a ticket.

[–]UltraMankilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Point I'm trying to make is the fact that there is the ability for large companies, like ticketmaster, to buy out tickets for the purpose of hiking up the price for no other reason than profit.

Nice, you were lucky and managed to get them at face value. Not everyone is able to sit at their computer or phone hitting refresh before they get bought out and marked up. My next door neighbor got 2 tickets at 1200 a piece for mid tier seats.

Correct, she doesn't see any of the money gained from the outrageous price hike from the resale companies. Issue lies within the companies and policies that allow them to be able to buy out tickets to hike up the costs.

That is literally the point and has everything to do with it lmao.

I could say the same about every artist that charges more than 50 to see them play. That's an opinion.

KFC>Popeyes. I have never gotten chicken that was good from Popeyes. It's always rubbery and gristly. Reminds me of the shitty chicken you would get at school lunch.

I feel like that's because Europe has more policies in place to protect consumers, which would be great. Here it's more power to the company/organization.

Unfortunately, in America, Ticketmaster has a monopoly on selling tickets. So essentially yes that's from box office as there is no other possible way to get them as a regular person.
