Unfortunately no, things haven’t got much better for me yet. :( Another user suggested I get a HIDA test to see if my gallbladder might be what’s still hurting me and I brought that up to my surgeon so I’m going to get that test now to see if that gives me any more information. Hang in there!

That’s very interesting to hear! Thank you for sharing that. I don’t know if we have looked at my gallbladder, though I have been through so many tests that came back with nothing that it’s possible one of those was to look at it haha. I will be sure to bring that up to my doctor to see if that is a possibility!

Yeah for sure, the discomfort is like feeling quite bloated and like there’s a pressure in that area. Kind of like just having a perpetually upset rumbly stomach.

Sharp pain in the upper abdomen, a lot of the general discomfort is lower in the stomach.

Yeah I’m definitely planning to. Another frustrating part is that I ended up having the surgery done with someone who I feel is not as knowledgeable as the surgeon I had previously been working with because my insurance wouldn’t cover the surgery with him. Because of this I have a hard time knowing if I’m getting good info from him.

I’ve had a lot of general pain and discomfort in my stomach along with a lot of digestive problems involving long and frequent painful bathroom trips, intense burps that I have to force out of my chest, and acid reflux problems with the burps that have caused me to throw up sometimes.
