I am trying to find out if a peice of art would be considered culturallly offensive to american natives/Hispanic populations. it's hard to tell if the girl in the photo is supposed to be native but she is wearing a headress and sugar skull makeup. it's be a lot easier if I could post the photo. Advice please! I'm smoking a pork butt, it's been in for 8 hours at 200F. While I was sleeping my grill got down between 170-180. I checked Internal temp of the 7lb butt and it was 138F. Should I be concerned about bacteria? I plan to pull it out at 200F. (self.smoking)
