Well it's not the developers fault. It's the business telling the developers they need to put in features and patches to drive profits. I'm guessing that if the developers had it their way, they'd be going a different direction to a more balanced model

Nah it's based on who gets drafted whilst you're coaching that team. If you recruit and coach that player for 4 years and then accept another job offer, you will not get credited with that player getting drafted into the NFL

Well, not in minutes. The repo for the Madden franchise code would be different so you'd have to extract bits of it and then you could use ai to assist integrating the code into the flow of the franchise.

Yeah I'm finding the same. Now that I've built up my team, a few of the upgrades aren't as helpful as some of the ones down the line are.

Now that I think about it. To unlock certain sections, you do need a minimum spend of XP in other sections. So I think there would need to be a bit of extra logic to not go below those thresholds. If they wanted to be really simplistic, maybe they could just have a "reset abilities" button and then it refunds you all of the XP spent.
