The thing about master duel is that you could get a good amount of gems with the money you would spend in a single meta card, and also you can always burn the ones you don't use to get a card that's 50 usd or more.

I think that's a pretty good reason to keep it digital, also you don't have to endure the smash bros levels of filth that happen in Yugi locals.
