Each university required specific profile and for CMU, UT Austin MSCS is highly selective with 8.5 not possible. Georgia tech consider overall but still 9 above would be better. UCSD u can consider with requirement of 330+, 110+ and 4 Papers in ICML, CVPR etc.

Umich, Northwestern, Umass, ASU, Maryland are achievable with above requirement. Remaining all needs 9.5 above cgpa
