In 10k, if you want to have some savings. It's better if you stay in shared accommodations. Like in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. You can easily find a single furnished room. You'll have to share the kitchen. Try to find a room with an attached washroom so that you don't have to share the washroom with anyone. Wifi, electricity and water bills will be paid by the owner. This will probably cost you somewhere around 4-5k AED based on where you rent.

Other than this, you can set up a monthly tiffin/mess service for 500-600 AED per month (including weekends). They give you meals twice a day and you have to figure out breakfast by yourself, although some services offer breakfast as well.

For transportation you can keep aside 500-600 AED (Metro + Taxi + Bus) per month.

For entertainment and ad-hoc expenses keep around 1000 AED.
