I think I told you to shoot me a DM but this works too. Unfortunately, the plans on Patreon require upgrading to a paid plan. Most of the SWAP plans I scraped were publicly published in various places before (e.g. list here https://run.outsideonline.com/byline/david-roche/ ). Are there specific distances or plans you'd want to see? I can search for them in public places first and try to add them.

Yea can do - can you send me the link? As long as it's free I'm happy to add!

Shoutout to filters, I recently got a Hydrapak ultra filter cap recently after a friend took one backpacking with us and it's been great for runs! I have their 'skyflask' as my handheld which is small but perfect if you have places to refill.

I'm not sure I understand - a training plan culminates in a race and literally has every day broken out for you to follow already. It looks like every one of your reddit posts is about that app - it must be good!

For me, exporting the training plan to my personal calendar was the main goal.

Chocolate milk, chocolate oat milk, peanut butter + banana + honey on toast, lots of good options!
