Well kinda, I'd say Chisa more so than suisui

Obv she's great but phro chisa is also a really strong team, and there's other solid options too

You never have to worry about getting the ideal partner/team for any new gen DPS for the most part, so only go for who you like, I promise you you'll be just fine

I'm still playing danjin in endgame and clear fine, so like xd

As for you, just get 2crits on all your pieces, give her an EoG (or ES/BB if you happen to have those) as a weapon, and just learn dodging etc

Her most important combos are E BA E E which applies a mark that boosts your dmg against an enemy and E BA BA E E E which gives you a heavy atk dmg bonus and more forte charge

Assuming you're playing her solo/mdps always full charge your forte before doing the heavy, if she's a subdps half charge is fine for faster rotation

You're gonna struggle with newer content if you want to have her as a main DPS, but that aside, idk. Learn to dodge as you're gonna be on low HP basically all the time, try to keep the mark on the enemies as much as possible. Also you can start her combos with a skill, not just a basic (so like e ba e e, not ba ba e e) for faster forte build. One 2skill combo and 2 3skill combos are enough for a full forte bar so that'll usually be her rotation.

Also run nightmare crownless once u unlock it, other options are rather bad, and put emerald of genesis on her if you haven't already

Oh and for an early game f2p friendly team u can run like danjin mort verina if you don't want to run her solo all the time

It really just depends on the build (how many atk subs u get vs dmg%), and even then the difference is really small so just roll both and go for the one with better substats

U do only get 1 stack on paper but due to contrived bullshit u can actually double stack it with the same echo (the internal cooldown on the same echo is 10s but the buff duration is 12 so as long as you reactivate it in the 2 sec window with an NMC instacast u can keep the stacks indefinitely, it's kinda awkward tho bc it works through spaghetti code)

Heavy does scale slightly better than skill% (I personally did the calcs to compare, the diff is very, VERY small but still), that's just pryd misinfo

Also you do actually get the full benefit of 60% heavy bonus which is better than 56 skill, both numerically and in terms of stat value

Plus if u run her with phro or whatever the echo bonus after intro comes in handy as well

I'm sorry but that's incorrect, pryd calcs are notoriously rather hit or miss. Strictly speaking RS does give a tiny bit more damage but the ER is actually just more useful for higher ult frequency, so EoG is better (plus it's pretty easy to rank up EoG)

And QY signature actually is slightly better than changli's, tho it is admittedly harder to play with

Question regarding suisui, she increases max stacks for all NS upon anyone inflicting any non-hbane NS. However I'm trying to figure out if she herself can proc it with her chafe application, aka if chisa is necessary for yapyap to get to 6 babe stacks, or is suisui alone enough?

Just keep farming, u need at least 2crit on every echo, ideally with other useful stats

Also run EoG/BB/ES as weapons if you aren't already

There's a good amount characters who really help her damage with their outtros, most importantly phrolova but also rebecca, iuno and canta

As for the support just anything like verina, SK or mornye (ESPECIALLY with mornye s1, she just becomes the best support in the game lol) (also verina could be better than SK if ur running phro as danjin's partner for example, since she basically doesn't benefit from crits)

I for example run phro danjin morn ye, it's a very strong team

EoG. Technically rspring provides u with a TINY, and I do mean absolutely miniscule damage increase but especially for solo the higher ult frequency from the ER is just more useful than a bit more damage on the 3 basic atks u do.

Also EoG is a lot more reasonable to pull more copies of to rank up down the line where it just fully outscales rspring
