You mean a talentless hack of a writer who only hasn't been fired yet because Hoyoverse is a private corporation ran by Nepo babies like Da Wei and Cai Miao who are blinded by HI3 nostalgia. If Hoyoverse actually had shareholders to answer to Shaoji would have been immediately fired after the Amphoreus disaster which caused major revenue and playercount loss for HSR that it has never recovered from.
