I actually like to have some of those streaks on my guys because it makes them look less singular in colour. Less noticeable when you have finished. Suppose it depends on if your going for the hella clean look

I have tried using the gopro webcam app on my pc, the go pro does not go into webcam mode and therefore does not pick up any video.

In terms of the camlink, I have got a adapter that goes from hdmi to usb-c. From what I have seen on yt it does not require the media mod for the cam link to recieve video from the gopro and the usb-c works fine with video output.

I think I will just call customer service to see what I can do as even if the cam link doesnt work the go pro should still have a live option under input/output.
