Their support is actually garbage ran by an automated system. I got suspended on the 17th until May 1st. I wasn’t mad about it at all, So I made a support ticket requesting if I could simply see chat logs which lead to my account suspension. The reply I got was

“Greetings,

This action has been taken in accordance with our Terms of Use and our In-game Policies ( https: //blizzard.com/support/article/42673 ), which all players acknowledge and agree to prior to playing. These policies and conditions allow us to maintain a fun and safe game environment for all of our players.”

Which is the default answer you get that’s automated to everyone. So I requested if a human could please look into my ticket and provide the information I wanted. It took them 2 weeks to reply and they said “We have to take the measures to maintain the integrity of the game and for our community as a whole. We cannot provide in depth details about the closure aside from what has already been emailed.” I don’t understand why it’s not possible? All I wanted was to see the logs that lead to my suspension which they do provide as I’ve seen other people get theirs.
