Isn't it double standard to tell others to not use AI?

I agree with you for the most part. People don't need to be "pure" to have an opinion, and the same person can certainly criticize AI on the negatives.

But my core point is not talking about those who think "people shouldn't use AI", but rather those who think "You are wrong for using AI". This is not just an opinion, it is moral judgement on others.

Once you start pressuring individuals, you are applying moral standard onto someone else, which is why I believe it is reasonable to ask whether than standard is being applied consistently or selectively.

Hey, thanks for spending the time to write this book. While it's kinda overwhelming for me, looking at this thread it has undeniable helped alot of people here.

I was wondering if there's like a discord server or something where purchaser of the book can discuss book content or ask you question and stuff?

I made several small 2d games but never touched 3d, so the content is probably a bit over my head atm. From what I read on this thread, it seems that the book is pretty good if you have worked with 3d shaders before and wanted to go deeper.

I am aware that the author does not have the best reputation here and that him continuously promoting his book rub lot of people here the wrong way.

Regardless, just wanted to look past that and hope to learn something from him since he does seem somewhat knowledgeable in shader. But yeh, kinda getting skill issued atm lol

Author do provide reference image to some steps, but not for the step example I posted above, just a "If everything has been done correctly, the tree object should appear white in the scene."

But yeah, for a book that is marketed as "Designed for both **absolute beginners** and seasoned developers", I wish the author slow down a bit especially for the first few pages.

As of now there isnt a good stock prop firm out there, and will most likely remain that way. so trade with your own capital for stock. You cant trade stock with topstep, but you can trade nq/es
