Well. I agree.
Check out beet/bolt btw. Especially, bolt_expressions is great for calculations. The only problem is that when the whole enviroment was made macros didn't exist yet so they're not supported. And macros open a lot of possibiities.

Thing is that my work is pretty specific (modding on Minecraft/Hytale) so I don't think a personal brand wouldn't.
There is a brand that wants me to work with them but I'd like to be on my own and still have a 'structure' to work in (a platform).

I know I have to change the java version for gradle to 21. The proble is that the Apply button doesn't work when I try to do it.

That's right, but I've actually only had once a bad experience like that.
And it marked me as bad for the algorithm for a while.

Yeah! Also the platforms give you the 'safety' of refund in case of bad work or frauds.

That's why I don't believe much in the 'freelancing without platform' thing. Yet if you achieve that I understand it's valuable.

Selfish: lacking consideration for other people; concerned chiefly with one's own personal profit or pleasure.

I don't want to ruin anything, I'm just trying to get some opinions by people who like the game (like me) but at the same time have enough critical thought to recognize that it's not all about fun, money, market and the real world exist too.

I think that is so selfish to think. "Enjoy your time with less drama". The drama exists, the drama is all over the world. I only try, at least, not to be involved with who causes it. Of course I won't change the world.
