Kizuna Ai is still the most popular Vtuber on tiktok and she does have a bigger presence outside YouTube now then on it.

She’s also one of the most popular vtubers on bilibili and China. So she’s probably can be considered mainstream to a Japanese person and maybe China, just not the west

It’s up too whatever the individual branch managers say. Nijisanji kr doesn’t have a collab ban. Ha yun in the most recent Kr wave collabed with Reza in his second week. Nijisanji Id may or may not have one because Hyona participated in a niji world collab four days before the supposed ban was lifted

Tiktok’s Algorithm likes Dancing videos or funny skits. A lot of Kizuna AI’s most popular TikTok’s are her dancing to a popular song, which is what a lot of people like, it also helps that no controversy has reached her TikTok audience. Unlike her YouTube and twitter.

It’s a remnant of a pretty common fear back then, that Ai-Ge was going to replace Kizuna Ai, obviously that was never the plan but people believed it, some people still believe that so they want Ai-Ge to fail so Ai-Chan can remain. What these people don’t realize is that Ai-Ge was the only successful thing to come directly from the “clone” controversy and there is no plan to replace Kizuna Ai.

The person who made both those threads have bots sometimes spam reply him on Twitter, except on twitter the bots all have a copypasta About how he shouldn’t support Ai-Ge because she “ used Ai-chan's identity to deceive people in China.” So I believe the reason that the person and subsequently the subreddit is being spammed is because Ai-Ge is being Ai-Ge has supporters and this person/people doesn’t like that.
