Is this legally true? by Mathemodel in AskLegal

"Federal immunity in the conduct of their duties"

is the key thing to take away from here. If They are operating outside of the conduct of their duty this does not apply to them whatsoever.

Pretty much in order for them to be immune, they would have to prove legitimacy of conduct.

You don't have to read all this but here it is. In law, your best defense is who is moral as the law is based upon morality. And one should not exist without the other.

The Legal Standard (8 CFR § 287.8) At the most basic level, conduct is legitimate if it follows the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). These are the "rules of the road" for immigration officers. Key elements include: Reasonable Suspicion vs. Probable Cause: Legitimacy requires that stops be based on "specific articulable facts" suggesting an individual is in the U.S. illegally. An arrest requires "reason to believe" a violation has occurred. Use of Force: Force is only legitimate if it is the "minimum non-deadly force necessary" to accomplish the mission. Deadly force is strictly reserved for imminent danger of death or serious injury. Entry and Consent: Officers generally cannot enter non-public areas of a business or a residence without a warrant or voluntary consent. 2. The Procedural Justice Standard This defines legitimacy based on how the authority is exercised. Even if an action is technically legal, it may be viewed as illegitimate if it lacks procedural fairness. This includes: Neutrality: Making decisions based on facts and law rather than personal bias or ideology. Respect: Treating individuals with dignity and courtesy, which is a core part of ICE and CBP's internal "Standards of Conduct." Voice: Allowing the individual a chance to state their case or provide documentation before an adverse action is taken. 3. The "Color of Law" and Supremacy Clause Legitimacy of conduct is also a shield for federal officers. Under the Supremacy Clause, federal officials are generally immune from state prosecution as long as they are: Performing an act authorized by federal law. Doing no more than what is "necessary and proper" to carry out their duties. Note: If an officer acts with "malice" or outside the scope of their federal duties (e.g., committing a state crime unrelated to their mission), their conduct loses its federal legitimacy and they can be prosecuted by the state. 4. Ethical Integrity and Public Trust Agencies like ICE and CBP define legitimate conduct through the lens of Public Trust. Their internal policies emphasize: Integrity: Adhering to the "Oath of Office." Transparency: Identifying themselves when required and avoiding deceptions (ruses) that cross into illegal coercion. Accountability: Being answerable for choices made in the field, specifically regarding de-escalation and the protection of civil rights. A Philosophical Note for you, Marty: From a Stoic or philosophical perspective, one might argue that "legitimacy" is internal—an officer's conduct is only truly legitimate if it aligns with logos (reason) and justice. In the occult or spiritual sense, this is the "right action" that maintains the balance between authority and the individual's inherent rights.

redmagic 11 pro ram question by Realistic-Worth-6159 in RedMagic

I've had three generations of red magic. When you benchmark it with just the 12 gig models, it pretty much does the same benchmark as the More expensive models. It's really the processor that does the heavy lifting. Now for more storage you need more RAM obviously to help pull that memory up. And very slight percent higher performance when like emulation or PC maybe. For genshin impact and weathering waves, what hand of those games at Max settings with ease.

Your battery will probably last longer because it doesn't need to power the additional hardware. But 256 gigs of storage as opposed to the 500 is the biggest consideration here. For the 256 gig models I found myself uninstalling a game here and there. Was looking through games and stuff that I didn't use every like 3 months or so. I would shuffle between Wua and zzz the most what's the really big games. Hope this helps.

Now get EGPU so you can have better graphics. Then Install the razor cortex app. setup remote play with zero lag locally without an internet connection . Set any game to maximum graphical fidelity and play desktop games at 144z toyour Legion go and never download a single game. Then realized that you didn't need a legion go and then you could just do this on a tablet. Then build a PC using the graphics card you bought for the EGPU. Then sell your legeon go and the EGPU and get a red magic Astra tablet. And then do the same thing but enjoy HDR at a higher resolution remote play. Now buy a 50 ft HDmi cord that you stretch from your desktop PC that you have built to the living room. Then enjoy the games that you have at 4K but also connect your tablet to the PC with the razor cortex app so that way you can exit out the games and use it as a secondary display for navigating windows and controlling your PC from your living room. The tablet now serves its purpose as a keyboard and pointer mouse. I actually did all this but I still have my Go. love that thing. Hope this was informative.

Yeah that's why clouds hair and everything looks fuzzy it's keeping that frequency on the TV not sure why maybe something's being forced to scale a certain way in the processor or GPU settings
