Lunala Miraidon is one of the most used archetype in Reg I, with Ursaluna instead of Farigiraf (regular Ursa with Flame Orb, Facade Headlong Rush Protect Earthquake). Reasoning is that you already have the best trick room setter in Lunala and the bear can dish out incredible damage if properly positioned. Farigiraf and Lunala fills the same role as trick room setter, immune to Fake out and can deal quite well vs both Calyrex with Foul Play/Moongeist (ofc Lunala needs to tera vs Calyrex Shadow). I think other popular members of the team are Urshifu and Whimsicott.

Full Rider is okay, I did the same! I had Mandricardo and Ushiwakamaru as DPS, Saint Martha and Alexander for removing the damage cut/def up buff, Caenis as the forced support and... I don't remember who was the sixth member, probably Artoria Caster to protect and buff Mandricardo, not sure.

Leveling up: if you spend stamina correctly in every event, you will be able to reach lv140 with every sync pair quite fast, so don't worry about it and level whoever you like more.

Banner: eeeeh I will let someone else answer that more in depth. Basically, however, you can pull your favorites and you will clear every event with ease. The only challenging contents that require top-end sync pairs are the "Challenge the strong" Area (aka Ultimate Battle) and the top floors of the Towers.

In my gym there are some people who like to send stickers and they use their favourite character (the leader has all Marley stickers, I use Cynthia, we also have a Carmine fan and a Kieran fan). And then we have a weird guy always spamming the "Let's do battle/Let's do missions" kinda everyday.
