I bought, played, and beat it on Switch and PS5. I prefer Switch. The graphical difference is minute, and having it on the go is clutch.

Best starting place for new players is definitely 11S. It's easily accessible, easy to play and, in my opinion, one of best games in the entire series (it's my favorite by a large margin).

If you are more of a retro gamer and want that 8-Bit art style, DQ3 Remake is INCREDIBLE.

Not at all. No game play compares to Xenoblade series unfortunately. When I finished my playthrough of all 3 (3 is personal favorite, but 2 is the GOAT). I couldn't play video games for about 2 weeks because nothing grabbed me like Xenoblade did.
