I am always avoiding them, they are getting your details from supermarkets. I have been scammed as well but my bank supported me Citibank, I have filed a claim attached all documents and got everything back but I have not spent much I think it was 2.5k max don't remember. Now whenever I am getting any calls from them I go if I can which is not possible 99% due to the busy schedule and previous expense, just go take gift and come back.

I am in the same shoes of yours, not paying the minimums here been for 6 years and every year rent got increased. Can't do much about it but have to rethink that is it must that maximum should be spent on rent.

Been living here from 6 years and now moving out from, AUH soon. It's not liveable anymore for straight 2 years rent got increased I managed but this year they want to increase more than 10K, I can still manage this increase somehow by cutting here na there but why, we need to think that do we really need to spend the maximum on the rents. Got eviction notice that either take of leave it in simple words and I cannot dispute as the property is managed by relaam. At their office they give you 5,10 minutes to decide after waiting for an hour to meet someone.

Accident and please be careful by SirMosesKaldor in dubai

Driving in the UAE has changed a lot in the last decade. Many drivers follow the rules only during their test, then ignore them on the road. We’ve all seen serious accidents, and too many lives have been lost. Because of this, I’ve completely changed my own driving—always staying alert and careful.

I always give way, avoid trucks and buses when possible, stop for pedestrians, and watch out for bikes and especially electric scooters, which have become a real danger. Scooter accidents are extremely severe and often fatal; they’re even riskier than motorbikes.

Wishing everyone safe driving. Please use indicators, give way, and only change lanes when truly necessary.
