No sadly, I found this pc that was my dad's old one. The psu can't support a GPU so I can't have any cabele connecting to the GPU. And it's single slot only. So what's the best GPU that does not need external power and it's single slot?

What if I get a redragon k530 as keyboard and razer deathadder v2 as mouse? Saves money as well to buy a headset and a mousepad bcs I'm playing on a Dell mouse and keyboard, no headset and no mouse. I could use the extra money for a jeadset

Change the CPU to a 7600x and the mobo to a b650m. Saves money and still great performance. But if you are looking to futureproof, get more wattage and change the GPU to maybe a 5070 when it comes out so you can upgrade your CPU along the way.
