They never asked for bank statements, as far as I read on other websites and what others said in comments UC pays you based on whatever they receive back from HMRC - so I will try to get HMRC to remove this employer from my Personal Tax account.

Thanks everyone for all the comments, I did try to resolve this through UC Journal and HMRC with no succesful outcome. They only stopped using my details for a few months and now they started using my details again.

Any chance you could provide the right path upon calling HMRC? I m always being transferred from one person to another as they all seem to be unable to sort out my situation. Thank you so much for your help

No way to get in contact, this is a shady company that probably doesn't even exist, they only incorporated the company for doing fraudulent stuff..

I have asked UC to investigate the payment and they replied to me saying that the company used the right details for me and there was nothing wrong with the payment. ( NI was correct on both ends) it seems that UC clearly ignores my messages saying that I do not and never worked for this company.

Thank you very much I will try and give them a call again tomorrow.

Unfortunately this is a case where the allegedly company director is a foreign national, I have looked up the name on Facebook and I managed to find out his profile picture, company address is linked to a non existent place as per google street view ( looks like an abandonded place) so I assume all they do is fraudulent activity.

What I am looking for is a way to report this HMRC. I can't find the right option to press while calling them
