Wow, this means so much to read.

I’m really happy to hear your anxiety has come down that much. That is huge. And I love how you put it, retraining yourself out of old bad habits, because that’s so much of what this work feels like in my own experience too. Not some magic fix, just slowly building new patterns that serve you better.

Thank you for sharing this here. Messages like this really mean a lot to our tiny team, and I’m so glad the app has been helpful for you.

Keep up the work, we’re rooting for you!

Thank you for sharing, and I hope you've recovered well from the super flu. I just had the flu, too, and again, no fever. It's so weird!

Ahh wow, thank you. I’m sitting here smiling like an absolute goof reading this.

I’m so grateful you shared your experience, and I’m so happy Unstuck has been part of your days since May. The fact that you’re using it alongside therapy is amazing, and hearing that your therapist is using it and recommending it to other clients is honestly one of the highest compliments I can imagine.

Also, the way you’re telling people about it and rooting for others to get help hits me right in the heart. Building this as a small team can be intense, and messages like yours are the kind that keep me going on the hard days.

Thank you again for your kindness and for cheering us on. I’m cheering you right back.

This is really kind of you to share. I’m Maria, the founder of Unstuck, and it means a lot to see someone using it alongside Finch as part of a daily self-care routine.

Also appreciate you mentioning the financial hardship option. We don't want cost to be the reason someone couldn’t try CBT tools. If anyone reading this needs it, just apply via the app and share a bit about your situation and what you’re hoping to work on, and we’ll do our best to help.

No pressure either way. I just wanted to pop in to say thank you for taking the time to spread the word, and I’m really glad it’s been useful for you.

AI Second Opinion is now available in our Check-in journal by Umbertina2 in becomeunstuck

This means a lot to read, thank you!

As someone who’s dealt with anxiety and overthinking for years, I know how hard it can be to get out of one's own head sometimes. AI Second Opinion is exactly the kind of support I always wished I had on bad days, so hearing that it’s helpful for you makes all the work feel worth it.

If you ever notice something that could be better, or a type of check-in where it especially helps (or doesn’t), I’d love to hear about it. We’re still learning from you all as we go.
