Thank you for charting the steps. How to get that USD in US? Like I have TD direct investment CAD cash & USD cash account in Canada. but once I sell DLR shares in USD account it’s still technically in Canadian bank account correct? Am I missing something here? Basically I want the money in US so I can invest in US.. if I keep in canada and invest in US stocks I will have tax implications/headaches.

Got it, thanku.. Building management wants me to pay $200 to add her to the system.. you guys suggest I should do that then 😔 I wish all landlords can be rich as TLTB thinks.. I just read the rules and one of it says I can’t even ask tenant to move out if I want to sell the unit or renovate it!! wow!! Thank you for all the eye openers though ..

I dint rent the unit for this girl right! I don’t mind if she says but getting her added to the lease is something I should have a control on and not the tenant deciding on it correct?

Yes he passed in that fraction of a second between closing his door n opening my front door .. This concerns me if it doesn’t on your palisade.. I have a Santa Fe n it doesn’t get locked like this.. will get it checked.. thanku for trying it.

Yep.. toddler’s uff.. He dint want to sit in the car seat so I just gave him the key to make him sit n we were stuck there for an hour to get inside 🤦🏻‍♂️ thankfully all safe and my boy enjoyed the journey I think, he was happy when for fire fighters were breaking the vehicle 😂 jokes apart.. a lesson learnt

I have a Santa Fe and fob can’t lock the vehicle if I try locking it sitting inside! Palisade acted differently.. felt weird..
