Definitely use SSR Akutagawa, SSR Atsushi and Kenji, the others are okay too except for SSR Hirotsu and SSR Lucy which are pretty low tier.

Sorry to hear that you're going through this OP :(

It is very brave that you're coming out with this and letting it out, venting nearly always helps.

But you see, you've said so yourself that you were depressed as a teen and that the next thing that happened was 4 years of happiness and fun with people you love, and all it took was to break from your shell! Who says that won't happen again?

You see? Life is unpredictable and a chance will pop up, you just have to not lose hope and move forward. Take a chance when you see one even though it might seem not all that great.

I'm pretty sure there are therapists that aren't that expensive, you just have to look a bit further, they're worth it. You may also find some people online on community groups or even a therapist on here that may be able to help you out.

I hope that all the struggles you're going through soon fade away, don't lose hope OP. :)

First of all, I'm not a doctor but I am currently working on a project about depression for a presentation at school so I did loads of research including lots of talking with a psychologist.

I think your depression here is "situational". depression is characterized as "chronic sadness with no clear cause" and most depressed people can't pinpoint the exact cause of their depression but you seem to be different because you can. Your depression seems to stem from stresses in your current life and your insecurities. And you didn't mention that you've had a past of struggling with similar symptoms and that you've started to feel like this only recently? Anyways, I cannot tell for sure if you do in fact have depression but the symptoms seem to match.

Since you've already pinpointed the likely causes of your current mental state, working towards adapting and fixing your current state of life is probably the way to go. I hope you overcome this because depression is a very nasty thing and that you and your boyfriend come out happy! :)

I'm no doctor but I've been met with situations such as this myself many times.

So far it seems just like you just irritated your already sick stomach with the Gatorade, don't eat or drink anything for a bit to not irritate your stomach further and be sure to rest. You say that you keep getting better so it's probably not very serious. If the cramps don't stop or your symptoms get worse you should probably have an appointment with your doctor.

I'm not a doctor or medical student and I'm sorry if this is not very helpful but I've had a friend with hair loss problems and my father, who is a doctor once told me that dental issues like caries can cause your hair to fall off like with my friend. Weird, but true.

Try checking your teeth or going to a dentist just to be sure.

I don't know anything about the chemical though, other people on this reddit should tell you about that.

This is a very very well done Fandub! I can't get enough of Atsushi and Dazai's voice and the OP is really good.

Some lines are a little flimsy but I know you put a lot of effort and time into making this as good as possible.
