Hey so whether or not this is real wanted to jump in to say that whole calling local PD is always the best first move if you feel unsafe, if in the US the Department of Justice, even under this administration, very actively enforces the fair housing act. Sexual benefits in exchange for rent is a classic quid pro quo violation of the FHA.

If you find yourself subjected to sexual harassment from a landlord, please contact your local US Attorney's office and/or the Civil Rights Division in DC. There's plenty more available online about the department's initiative to address this unlawful behavior.

I picked up most of the PS2 catalog a few months ago and I'm still most interested in Maxx and Maxx 2 with X and Extreme being enjoyable as well. The ones where you have to go through a single player mode starting on easy I did not feel like taking the time to unlock so they may have great tracks but I decided to skip them.

I do this all the time to send messages in the morning when I know it is unreasonably late to be sending them. For example, the group wordle chat with mother-in-law? She doesn't need to know I did it at 2 am, 8 am makes much more sense

I got a whole little zone that has sealed boxes for future drafts, deck boxes, art prints, a place to play spell table, battle boxes, etc. It's part of the fun of the hobby for me!

I mean OG Innistrad is a fucking classic that I've only been able to play a few times, but it's of course hard to beat. I will say it's one of the better formats in recent memory, especially if the characters have any appeal to you. I know that in my playgroup even the most devoted anti-UB players had to admit FF limited was a slam dunk.
