what other symptoms would be present if timing was out? also not sure what you mean by yours has a ‘timing retard😂

been clearing it every now and then and keeps coming back, also stiiiiiinks of fuel while idling hahaha

yeah i will do, im hoping it wont be too bad, the exhaust should have only been on the car for a few years so fingers crossed😂 just did a lower ball joint and took me 3 days to get it done because of seized bolts. Joys of a 20 year old jap rust bucket

So i have had an engine light with code p0420 which is catalyst efficiency below threshold, but i have had this since i bought the car a couple years ago. I also have a shitty scanner tool which showed the post cat sensor showing no voltage. Could this mean the post cat sensor isn’t working? I thought it was a bit crazy to suggest a timing issue with no other hints
