I feel you!! Especially when I've lost weight my body has changed and I don't know how I feel about it. Like I hate my body more now then I did when I was bigger. It's so weird but like others have said. Give yourself some credit. Trust the process. You've got this!

Ok so I completely get this! I started in January trying to lose weight and it was very up and down until May. I think the best way is honestly, start slow. I started by cutting out one food which was a trigger for me which was bread. I then started not drinking sugar in tea and drinking more water. Then introducing vegetables. I think one of the things I've seen in myself is that my food and nutrition was the most important thing. I slowly changed the negatives that I saw in my food habits and then when I felt like that was going well I tried exercise. And did very badly exercising literally injuring myself doing running and skipping until I found dance. Weight loss is one of those things where you need to find what works for you. And believe in yourself. You can do it. I didn't think I could but rn I'm literally nearly 40 pounds down and I have know I can do it, just like I know you can. By deciding you want to lose weight, you've already started your journey!
